Available Agent Plans
We offer flexible plans for our agents to choose from. Each plan is customized to the agent’s goals and objectives.
Silver Plan
This plan is for agents who wish to do a commission split.
- Monthly Fee: $0
- Commission: 70% commission split with you, the agent
- *Transaction Fee: 30% per transaction
*Transaction Fee includes E&O
Gold Plan
This plan is for agents seeking 100% commission.
- Monthly Fee: $35.00
- Commission: 100%
- *Transaction Fee: $325.00 per transaction
*Transaction Fee includes E&O
Platinum Plan
This plan is tailored for bulk transactions.
- Monthly Fee: $100.00
- Commision: 100% commission
- First *Transaction Fee: $325.00
- Additional *Transaction Fees: $100.00 per transaction (within the same month)
* Transaction Fee includes E&O
Referral Agent Plan
This plan is for agents wishing work on referral basis.
- Annual Fee: $100.00
- Commission: 35% commission split with you, the agent
- *Transaction Fee: 65% per transaction

What is a Referral Agent?

Choosing to work as a referral associate, gives you the ability to shelter/park your real estate license without the large overhead expenses associated with the selling process. Your license is a very valuable asset, so use it to your advantage.
