You will never pay your agent a single penny. We get paid by the selling side of the transaction. Why? Because the selling side picks up my fee for bringing them a buyer.

There are many moving parts to purchasing a home. Real estate professionals have access to a network of local lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents, surveyors, contractors, and more. Your agent will save you many hours of searching for professionals.

If you are already working with a broker or an agent, they are your first point of contact. If you see something interesting while canvassing neighborhoods or searching online, let them know. If they are not available, call the number associated with the property. Just remember to tell them you are already working with an agent.
