What is an AVM?

AVM is short for Automated Value Model. This is a computer-generated algorithm that uses historic, public sales data to estimate a home’s value. These systems give a you a rough estimate of what to to expect, but it’s not a 100% accurate. A computer-generated algorithm is not going to give you an accurate estimate.
